about the band

zombina and the skeletones

Zombina and the Skeletones have been wrenching 100% pure rock n' roll genius from the very pits of their tortured, vampiric souls since 1998. As a live band they're the bloodiest and most funnest cult experience you can have short of sacrificing yourself to some goat headed deity in the woods on St. Swithens Night. On record they're the 'Beatles of Horror', with 'hit' packed albums such as "Taste the Blood of Zombina and the Skeletones", "Halloween Hollwerin''(sic), "Monsters On 45" and "Death Valley High" a must in any self-dissecting ghoul's collection... the new album "Out of the Crypt and Into Your Heart" is out OFFICIALLY in the UK on May 22nd... but you can already get it on import form Europe... or you can just buy it from this here website (click the shop link on the left)...

Zombina - Vocals

Our fearless, hip-shaking, blood capsule-munching leader, famed for her hypnosis skills. Zombina just came back from the brink after battling near career ending throat problems... and she's pissed off! Come and see her take her rage out on tour! Fear her, but have respect, for one day she will rule you all. view pics of Zombina here

X-Ray Speck - Saxophone

He came down from the north with only a wind instrument to his name. The ever popular baby of the band, Speck plays live sax and has yet to appear on record with Zombina and the Skeletones... but he's gonna be over the next record like a mean, shiny rash. view pics of X-Ray Speck here

Kyle K'thulu - Bass

The demon lord of gentlemanly low end vibration. Dapper black-metaller Kyle emerged from the vasty deep to fill the enormous shoes of Jettison Dervish late 2007. Another unrecorded Skeletone who's about to change your life for the better. Check out his moustache. You know he means business. view pics of Kyle K'thulu here

Doc Horror - Guitar

Often known as "the most evil man in showbiz". Doc's been among the Skeletones as long as Zombina herself. This lab coated scientist type writes the songs, lights the bongs and writes the wrongs for Zombina and the Skeletones day in/day out. Mad, they called him, but would a 'madman' write "That Doll Tried To Kill Me"? I think not. view pics of Doc Horror here

Ben Digo - Drums

Behold! The Beat with 1,000,000 eyes! Hailing from 'Parts Unknown', mutton chopped wolfman by night and bicycle enthusiast by day, Ben Digo is a former Dangerfield and has also been in pretty much every punk band in the country at one time or another... as a bassist. Listen to the debut of his awesome drummin' skills on "Out of the Crypt and Into Your Heart"! view pics of Ben Digo here
